"I like the store well enough…"
I like the store well enough, it’s clean and they usually have what I need, but the prices are just higher than other places for the same pet stuff. It’s getting harder to justify shopping here as often anymore...

They had openings this week, which worked out great for me. I was expecting to wait longer, actually, I thought it’d be at least another week, so it was a nice surprise to get in so quickly.

"Held Up Surprisingly Well"
I wasn’t expecting too much, but these toys ended up holding up better than I thought. My kids have been playing with them pretty much nonstop, tossing them around and dragging them from room to room, and they’re still in good shape. Definitely a nice surprise.

"Really friendly staff every time"
Every time I stop by Petsense, the staff is so nice. They always say hi when I come in and ask if I need anything... but it never feels pushy or awkward.
I had some questions about dog food, and one of the ladies there actually took her time explaining the options to me. I really appreciated that because I didn’t feel rushed at all.
It’s just an easy, friendly place to shop... which is why I keep going back

"Loyalty Program Feels Underwhelming"
I shop at Petsense every now and then, and I signed up for their loyalty program thinking it might save me a little money. though, it hasn’t felt all that worth it. You earn points, but they seem to take forever to turn into anything useful, and the discounts I get are usually small or for things you don’t really need. The store itself is fine, but the rewards program is kind of disappointing...

Mostly shop on petsense.com because they actually have my dog’s food in stock. Other places are kind of hit or miss, but usually find the right size bag here and checkout is quick. Happy with it overall.

"Return was easy, refund was a bit slow..."
I returned a dog bed to Petsense, and the return process itself was simple... no major hassle there. The only downside was that the refund took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience... just feels like it could be a little smoother.

I ordered some dog food and maybe a couple toys from Petsense, and the shipping was faster than I expected. I think I got the tracking info about a day later, and the box showed up a little sooner than I figured it would. Everything was packed well enough and arrived just fine. No complaints, I’ll probably order again when I’m getting low.
